👋 Hi! I'm Ning (pronounced like in "Good Eve-ning"). I'm an immigrant and a mother. I think in a mix of English and Dutch, while my mother tongues are Hangzhou dialect and Mandarin Chinese. I’ve built products and teams across industries, company sizes, and organizational cultures - intentionally taking my skills into new places to explore my ongoing question - how does the world work? I’m always pondering something, and sometimes I ponder while shuffle dancing. I’ve been a tough person, but practicing being more open and soft.

I love solving real problems, creating things, and seeing them make an impact. Together with my partner, we:

• build digital solutions that improve everyday experiences
• advise organisations on structuring and scaling product and technology operations
